HI SPEED INTERNET!

It took more than an hour! But I finished setting up internet in bklyn for me and my dad to enjoy :)! so happy that I couldnt do any work. The Internet is a boundless resource. It's also a double-edged sword. It's supposed to help me do my assignments and study but it distracts me to no end. ahhh even now, I'm not doing what I'm supposed to be doing -_-.

really should get some reading done for class! way behind!

2 Blogs

wowwww i just spent 2+ hours trying to create and familiarize myself with a tumblr. I basically wanted to repost all the things I had on this blog to the new tumblr one. -_- it wasn't worth doing it for this long! ahhhh i was giving tumblr a try because my friend said that blogger is outdated now :\, headed towards sharing a fate similar to that of xanga. I still like blogger more! It's simpler, easier, and more IDK old fashioned?

My eyes hurt now.. I couldn't decide whether or not I wanted a blog soley devoted to food! hahaha I'm not trying to be a fatty :[. I wanted to spread the happinesssss. I think looking at pictures of delicious things cheers people up (orrrr makes them hungry). Either way, I was trying to aim towards being a sort of food critic. Now, im bored with the idea because posting things back and forth between tumblr and blogger tired me out.

Why is blogging so popular? If people really wanted to write their thoughts and ideas down somewhere, shouldn't they do it in a journal with pages you can feel? and a pen? People blog online because they want their friends and others to know how they feel. They want them to care. I hope this doesn't come across as sounding too negativeee. But people want attention, and I think that's where blogging comes in. You want people's interest, concern, and input/comment on whatever it is that you want to put out there for the world to see.

And I'm doing the same thing! I was never good at keeping a journal. Always got bored of writing in it in a few days. Typing is much easier :D..But again, if i wanted to keep a private journal, I could've just had a folder saved on my computer... But I guess I also published this on a blog so that people can read what I write. Whhhhyyy? I doubt anyone would be able to come across this blog out of a million others.

Eyes are more tired now. Stomach grumbling~ gotta get to church tomorrow early for once! can't remember the last time I was on time.

In Conclusion: I still like Blogger more

Life isn't always sweet

..sometimes you need a bit of cheesiness to mix things up! Who doesn't love pizza? Hot or cold, it's one of my favorite foods. The bread that serves as the base, the zesty tomato sauce, and ooey gooey cheese all combined into a triangle, square, or rectangle = a tasty snack and meal!

I've tried many different pizzas in my lifetime from various pizzerias scattered throughout the boroughs, but I must say that the pizza from this particular place brings back childhood memories. Famous Pizza, which has 2 locations in Queens, is where I used to frequently enjoy a pan of pizza with my mom and aunt as a kid. Pizza at this place doesn't come in slices. It comes in 10'' or 14'' pan pies :)! I think one pan is a good portion for 2 people. I shared a pan with my mom today, and it was great! We went there for lunch after stopping by my pediatrician's office in Elmhurst to pick  up some paperwork. (I can't go to my pediatrician's office anymore bec I'm too old now :( ).

Mushroom and Pepper Pizza. Cute small slices served fresh out of the oven :)

Mission accomplished.

They don't skimp out on the garlic! My mom really liked it too

Sharing the Love for Waffles

This is the mouth-watering concoction from Waffles&Dinges, the famous waffle truck that my two friends had a difficult time tracking down once. You have to be in the right place at the right time :)! The gingerbread spread is the perfect compliment to the mini freshly made golden waffles. You'll definitely want to go beyond seconds.

Best Green Tea Latte/Frappe

I found the best tasting green tea latte this winter! It's been near me all along. The hot green tea latte from Paris Baguette (a Korean bakery franchise that can be found in the city and in Queens) is deliciously sweet and addicting. After one cup of this on a cold winter's day, you're going to be craving another cup! It has a really pretty light green color and sweet milky taste. The green tea smells very pleasant, and you can taste the matcha powder. It actually tastes like what a green tea latte should taste like.

If you're in the mood for a cold drink, green tea frappe is a must. It really tastes alot better than the one from Starbucks. You can actually taste the green tea. It's sweet and refreshing and just simply delicious! :)
